Bitumen Sheet Waterproofing

Building Terrace Plastomeric Bituminous waterproofing membranes are manufactured from a rich mixture of bitumen and selected polymers blended together to obtain excellent heat resistance, flexibility and durability. Modified bitumen membranes have a dimensionally stable carrier to obtain excellent tensile strength, tear and puncture resistance.

This System is used on Concrete roofs, retaining walls, parapet walls, Basement walls And floors, fishponds, Water features and many more. It is a tar like system, available in 2mm and 3mm thicknesses.

The surface is primed, the torch on fused to the roof using an open flame, and then covered with a silver bitumous silver coating. This is applied in order to protect the system against harmful UV rays. This system normally carries a 8 to 10 year guarantee.

It is used as waterproofing /damp proofing membrane for protection of various

substrates in wide range of applications.

Liquid Membrane Waterproofing

Liquid Roofing is the process of waterproofing a roof by the application of a Specialist liquid roof coating. It is suited to all types of roof, including flat, pitched, and domed.

Liquid applied membranes come to the site in liquid form, which are then either sprayed or brush-applied on the surface. The liquid cures in the air to form a seamless, joint-free membrane. The thickness can be controlled by applying more of the liquid chemical per unit area.

Since the application procedure is very quick, a contractor will try and finish the entire area to be waterproofed in a single day to avoid cold joints. However, if a very large area is to be done on successive days, cold joints can easily be done by overlapping the new membrane over the old - the chemical will stick to itself readily.

These are generally considered to be superior to sheet based membranes as they are joint-free. However care must be taken in application to provide just the right thickness. The membrane can tear or break if it is too thin.

Polyurethane Waterproofing

Exterior walls are subject to constant exposure to sun and rain which impact their durability. The regular exterior paints have a role to play on the decorative front but have very limited capability to withstand the rain lashing and handling of cracks on external surfaces.
To solve this problem we have high performance elastomeric coatings that offer waterproofing as well as superior sheen to your building exteriors. It provides a complete solution to prevent dampness and seepage through exteriors. This paint is available in any shade of your choice as well, therefore eliminates the need to paint once again. These paints have a life of 3-7 years depending on the condition of the building structure hence much cheaper than traditional methods.
To improve the life of any exterior waterproof paint or coatings, proper crack filling and repair of hollow portions of the building must be carried out before application.

Injection Grouting

For injection of cement based slurries in leaky concrete or masonary element to fill voids, cracks & honeycombs. By adding powder in this slurry it compensates the shrinkage property of cement.
PU based water insensitive grout can be injected from negative side of the basement to arrest ingress of water
